Dino mode...

This one is a COMPLETE repaint. I painted all the grey sections silver and all yellow sections gold. I then added a wash of darkened silver to the silver areas and a wash of dark brown to the gold areas to bring out the panel line details. I also added more red detail areas (as well as many other details) based on screenshots from the Fall of Cybertron game. Finally, I dry-brushed brown around the bottoms of both dino and robot mode feet to simulate dirt and general weathering.

You will notice that my custom figure has some extra silver and red rings on the underside of the tail. These are plastic cap pieces that I cut, glued on, and painted. I show these in better detail later on.

Now, Grimlock's underbelly is empty in dino mode due to his transformation. Eventually, I will be getting the 3rd party "Zenith Forge ZF-001: Cretaceous Advancement set" which provides an underbelly piece to be plugged in.
